I played on many different casino sites, Jackpota has been the most trustworthy of them all. Although redemptions do follow a strict timeline for approval times etc, you do receive them and customer service is outstanding. You can actually talk to an agent not an AI bot like crown coins which is terrible to work with. I have won multiple times and been able to redeem without any issues on jackpota…

Feels rigged after first couple days

Great gameplay first two times of playing but after redeeming a lot of money I’ve been doing nothing but losing the last multiple times of me playing and can feel the system not doing anything to get its money back. Cash out process however was easy and the first two days were fun but ever since then it’s been terrible

There is hardly an opportunity to win on this app I’ve put in so much money and have only won like 2 times. I get it it’s gambling but there are not many chances.

The winning is awesome, the game choice selection is not my favorite but I've found a couple games I like. It also takes too long sometimes to get paid out. If we are verified then we should get paid same day or next day.

Jackpota is by far my FAVORITE online gambling casino!! I have cashed out numerous times, and the best part is, the cash out is SUPER easy and SUPER fast! I always receive my money within 24 hours. Jackpota is the only online casino I recommend to all of my friends and family.

I honestly would NOT recommend Jackpota to anyone looking for a gambling site.

I deposited almost $200 into my account and ended up having an issue during a game where I had 15 free spins. In the middle of my free spins, the game froze. I had winnings showing on the game, but when the game froze, I was not credited my earnings or the remaining free spins.

I immediately reached out to customer su…

I won 500 on my first $100 deposit.

Redemption was fast and easy.I won 500 on my first couple attempts.I had about a hundred dollar investment into the 500 i won another real positive point is I have one money on money that the casino give me and free spins that they give me. Other casinos that give you hundreds of free spins
, but you won't win thirty cent

I'm having a hard time getting my name changed on the site after I have asked a certain casino to change it many times. I have shown them a readable bank statement several times to try to get them to change me name on the site. When it some time for me to buy a packet or two it was no problem taken it. I have 100 sc on it. I won't play a cent. Cuz I can't redeem it

This platform sets their games up to malfunction during your plays so that you lose whatever you gain eventually. They admitted guilt and still refuse to make it right. After many years of playing, I have NEVER had an online casino cheat me more than once like they have and admit guilt and still refuse to make it right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
