Ridiculous.. Wish I had read these trust pilot reviews

I deposited $45 and had an awesome awesome run of bets, got pretty lucky. (Ran it up to $1600) When I went to withdraw half my winnings the withdrawal went to pending but IMMEDIATELY my account got suspended

I wrote support and they said I have to go through KYC.

Had I lost, there is no doubt that they would never have asked me for my verification. I wish I had read these reviews because they ar…

Scam, trapped my money with low bet limits

Scam. Deposited $170 which is significant to me. I placed one bet which I lost and then they randomly reduced my bet limits so low that I cannot even bet on some matches

The most I can bet is around $5 and the rollover requirement is that I get $3400 to get my money out. In other words they have trapped my money.

I wrote support teams various times and tried escalating by email. My account may a…

BEWARE!
If you don't reach your rollover in 30 days, your wallet will be emptied and you have no recourse. I had $94 left in my wallet, and had won three bets, totaling over $823, and my balance went to $0!
Customer service is a misnomer, more like the "I know you are frustrated, but TOO BAD!" department.

This site is literally the biggest scam ever, I deposited around 5k over 500$ increments and I literally couldn’t not make a 1$ of profit Plus they give you a rack back with a 30x rollover so it’s literally nothing you will lose it all before those requirements are met. Trust me I play on online casinos everyday for multiple years and this site is the biggest scam I’ve ever played on.

Now I’m …

This site is really bad. I bet .60 cent and .80 cent and my highest win was 11.80 and every win after that was 1.00 and less. Absolutely horrible. The reviews on here are speaking the truth. "Update" please look into Atlantis megaways for me. It was very glitchy, and the game was extremely slow and wins were unusually low. I've never seen anything like that .

Was Hoping for Free Spins, Got €40 Instead

Well I didn’t expect anything when I first messaged CS just kinda clicking around the website since I play on thunder pick from time to time. Just asked to see if maybe they had something to get me going for my day and was hoping for maybe some free spins but a legit bonus of 40 euros was a pleasant surprise. I’ve won some pretty good amounts on this site before, so I know the potential for a soli…

Bait and switch bonus. I deposited money with a 10x rollover requirement and 30 days to get through it. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but they have limits on everything - heavy limits right away without any promotional period. Not just small esports markets either, I can only put $7 on a straight winner bet for the World Cup Semis. Useless

After reading all the negative reviews, I have decided NOT to make a deposit. I almost sent money to them and decided to read more reviews. Boy was I glad I did that. When an online casino has so many negative reviews for the same reason, it stands to say that something is very wrong with this website.

They’re being shady with KYC, by telling me my files need to be in JPEG format, when the files already say JPEG. It has already been a week and they’re dragging this process. Besides that, everything else was great with the site

Voided Bets after they had already won, voided bets about to win all without being able to explain why. Their website constantly glitches and it will be your fault if it benefits you, or your fault if it benefits them. They will make sure you dont win regardless. Support sucks as well

The cheapest casino I've seen can't send 100 €. What kind of trash is asking for this shit right away?

Do not trust such parents. 100 € euros cannot be transferred immediately, they ask for verification within two days. Verification is still something better. I will give them money together. Do not play here. I do not advise anyone

Thunderpicks is truly the Best

Thunderpicks is truly one of the greatest gambling platforms out there. Their esports selection is better than any other platform and they have regular sports to. They also have VIP service for VIP members. My VIP host is Sharmaine and she is the best, she always helps resolve any problems I have super fast. Overall my favorite gambling platform by far!

Thunderpick is honestly one of the smoothest betting sites I’ve used. Fast bets, clean interface, and no unnecessary drama — which already deserves respect.

Special thanks to Sharmaine from support — she’s the real MVP. Solved my issue faster than my bets sometimes lose 😅

Giant Scam

I placed a bet on multiple games to win, I won 1 and wanted to cash out. I was trying but it was not confirming the win even after 15 minutes has gone by. Since it was not confirming my win it was not letting me cash out since the match was on going, even after the next match started with 1 of the same players as the first game.

They delay the win as long as they can so the next match can start a…
