Help center is not helpful at all. I have 5 tournament tickets that are about to expire and they can’t be redeemed. The support email asked circular questions and then sent an email saying that the support email address is not actively monitored and to try the help center. The help center website rarely works. Still full of idiots! Stop selling chips! No one can compete with buttheads buying 3 million chips for 4 dollars. It's no fun, it's not educational, it's just crap.

This site has 0 way to get ahold of "help" the whole help page doesn't even work and never has since i signed up last year, it blurs out and does literally nothing. They do not want to assist anyone apparently? They don't care for the site? and I am pretty sure its just run mostly by bots from what I've seen.
