Wouldn't Return Bonus Bet Winnings
Didn't let me withdraw my money from bonus bets. Customer service acknowledged that I tried to get money out but gave no reason as to why this was denied. They just stole the $140 realizing it isn't enough money for me to get an attorney.
The BBB has also cited this company for illegal practices in New Jersey. The government had to force Bet365 to pay some of its winnings, for example.

From Texas to Arizona to bet and couldn’t
I flew from Texas to Arizona just to place a large bet on bet365 and turns out the maximum bet allowed on a parlay was only 20 dollars and on a single bet wager it was 1,028. I deposited 18k to gamble and the withdrawal process took over 4 hours. I had no time to place another bet elsewhere. I do not recommend this site at all. I wish I seen the reviews first
