PaysOrNot is an independent place where a player puts a dispute with a bookmaker or casino on the record, and we measure operator behaviour: does it pay, does it answer, does it see the dispute through to the money. Below is how that works.
We are not an arbitrator or a middleman: we do not decide who is right in a dispute, and we cannot make an operator pay. We put the case on the record, pass it to the operator, track the deadlines and publish what happened. The operator score is built from those facts, not from our opinion.
We take down: other people’s personal data, insults and threats, duplicates of the same case, and a factual claim that turns out to be wrong.
We do not take anything down for money. Advertising and partnership agreements affect neither the operator score nor the order in the list.
A dispute and its replies stay published with no time limit: the operator score rests on them, and a record of how a case ended is the point of the site. We keep the email for the same period, because it is the only way to give you back access to your dispute and to notify you when the operator answers.
You can delete your own dispute at any time — write to us from the same email. The dispute goes, and so does its contribution to the operator score.
Anyone can ask: a player about their own dispute, an operator about itself, any person about their own personal data. Write through the contact page and include: the link to the page, the exact quote of what you contest, what precisely is wrong and what supports that, and who you are in the story.
Timelines: we confirm receipt within 3 working days and give a decision within 10 working days; if the case needs correspondence with the other side — up to 30 days, and we will say so.
Removed immediately, no review needed: other people’s personal data — bank details, documents, phone numbers, addresses, names of support staff; insults and threats; duplicates of one case (merged into one).
If an operator contests the facts — we do not delete quietly, we work through it step by step:
Not a ground for removal: “it hurts our reputation”, “we already settled it privately” without confirmation from the player, payment, advertising, a partnership or a subscription.
If you disagree with our decision, one re-review with new arguments. The request itself has no effect on the operator score.
