Withdrawals are fairly quick, one time I got my winnings within 20 hours which was grand. Support is there 24/7 and they usually help with any questions no bother. But to be fair the bonus only goes up to 300 euro, lower than plenty of other sites. So dont expect massive bonuses and always check the promo terms.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything about this site is awful. Starting with their ridiculous hidden T&C's for their welcome offer, right up to their slow painful withdrawal experience and everything in-between.
Their customer support are the least friendly and helpful just repeating the same phrases. Nothing every gets answered or resolved.
