The service I received today was appalling. I would expect that I am a valued customer for a long time now with William hill and only yesterday after losing many horse races I started to claw back some winnings. William Hill are absolutely atrocious. They already have had all of my details for quite a while but when I went to withdraw they first said they wanted proof of age verification; I`m 67 ffs. Now they Photo ID and other details of mine which I don`t wish them to see. Avoid these like the plague. Paddy Power for me now.
