Their customer service is among the worst i have ever been a part of. They take weeks to verify accounts and nothing gets solved in the livechat, they always refer to ”the relevant department” and does not seem to care that it’s about peoples livelyhood they are messing with. If there were any other competitor in Sweden they would go out of business a week later.

Ok let's summarize. People are considered terrorists and money launderers who are also too stupid to decide for themselves how much to play for. Who wants to play with a company like that, which also pretends to be a betting exchange but in reality matches the bets themselves due to lousy liquidity. I think I will refrain from playing with such scammers...

This company has the worst account verification procedure in the whole betting industry as it is possible to read multiple negative reviews about.
They ask things they have nothing to do with which other companies doesn´t ask and then they are extremely slow to clarify things. Just stay away from these clowns.

I used Smarkets for many years, when I won much money they closed my account and stole lots of money from me. They came up with a story I have broke some kind of rule. But how is that possible, betters against betters. Big stay away from this company, they might steal your money whenever….

Stop submitting bank statements to them; no one should have to humiliate themselves and expose their entire finances just to play at a rotten gambling company. They claim they have to request this, but there's no law that requires it. It's entirely their own decision to humiliate their customers out of fear of fines.
