Withdrawals are fairly quick, one time I got my winnings within 20 hours which was grand. Support is there 24/7 and they usually help with any questions no bother. If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything about this site is awful. Starting with their ridiculous hidden T&C's for their welcome offer, right up to their slow painful withdrawal experience and everything in-between.
Their customer support are the least friendly and helpful just repeating the same phrases. Nothing every gets answered or resolved.
