Customer service does not exist, and there's no way of getting in contact, and the frequently asked questions dosent help soloving anything. Since the most recent update the prize wheel in the casino does not work at all either. Actually a joke of a poker app compared to others out there. Quite a few bots playing on low stake tables . They play from early morning to late at night and multiple tables with not even a toilet break. Don't know if 888 know about it or don't care but be warned.
