Worst app I’ve ever used.customer service help is dreadful they have no interest in helping with the situation. They blocked my account with a quite a lot of money in it and refuse to withdraw the money back into the account it was deposited with .the set up of the app is terrible and there basically scammers

Straight up scam. Run as far away as you can. The whole cheltham bet 10 get 40 is a scam. They never give you 40 as in terms and conditions if you used skrill, paypal or bank card then you are not eligible for free bets. I can also translate... you need to top up 10 and place 10 but if you add money to account you dont qualify. Forget this company and go elsewhere
