I got a 150 lei bonus, they just took back 180 lei a week later. Also they are refusing to verify my account, so they're going to be closing it soon. I sent them all the documents including passport, ID, and utility bill.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Betano. While they had no issues accepting my deposits, the verification process became a nightmare as soon as I tried to withdraw my funds. They rejected my ID and bank statement four times, citing non-existent reasons (claiming they weren't clear or the format was wrong), even though the documents are perfectly legible.

BETANO IS A SITE THAT DOES NOT RESONATE WITH USERS....IT RUDELY LIMITS YOUR BETTING LIMITS AND, FOR NO REASON....THEY DO THIS HORRIBLE THING WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU THAT THEY DID IT AND THE REASON WHY THEY DID IT....IT'S A SCAM WITH AN ATTRACTIVE FACADE....SHIT IN THIN TIN....THERE ARE SO MANY ALTERNATIVES....WHY DESTROY YOUR NERVES WITH BETANO?....
