The company always refuse to pay. Once its time for deposit, there is no issues but once you want to withdraw they will keep requesting for what is not lost. They will request for heaven and earth. Avoid them at all costs.

Bc game are scammers. They stole funds from my account on a game I won. Recorded it as a loss. When I complained to support they said unless I have a screen recording showing in real time how it happened there was nothing they could do. How was I supposed to know they were shady and I should always screen record while playing. Stay away.
